Leatherworking is a craft that has been around for centuries and has a wide variety of applications in everyday life.
Based in Central Queensland I have been doing leatherworking for several years. The items that I create are all handmade using as many Australian Made products as possible, including the leather.
A compact and easy to carry purse that can be used as a standalone everyday carry and is small enough to sit nicely in a handbag. These Clutch Purses all come with a cowhide outer cover with Roo Hide inner panels that make this a slim but robust item. Each purse has 10 card slots, a zippered change pouch and two miscellaneous pockets.
Aftercare:
We recommend treating your leather item with some Dubbin or a quality leather conditioner every 12 months to keep the leather soft and flexible.

Leatherworking has interested me for many years, the feel, the smell, it is a very tactile material.
Did you know that leather is a recycled material? If it wasn't for the fact that leather is used for making products with, either practical or decorative applications, over 7 million tonnes of hides would end up as refuse and landfill around the world.
The leather that I use is Australian sourced and Australian tanned where possible.
I am proud to be supporting Australian Made.
I have a range of handmade leather items available for purchase and I am happy to work with you on custom orders too.
